The Great Basin is a collection of four new Inkfields songs with a cheeky twist of western.

A lot of the sounds from the EP come from objects lying around frontman, Samuel James-Griffiths' flat. Such as pots, pans, chandeliers, glasses etc.

The entire record was recorded, produced and mixed solely by Samuel James-Griffiths in his basement.
